• My patterns have disappeared from my Shopping Cart!
  So frustrating and I am sorry! My web server says: "The issue is most likely due to the security and privacy settings on the customers end. If they are having issues with your site you should ask them to make your site a trusted site in their browser. This should resolve the issue of them not being able to see the shopping cart updates. The shopping cart is working correctly but the customer is blocking it from being seen on their end as far as updates to it. Ask those customers to be sure to update the shopping cart so they get the latest info and best practice is to set your site as a trusted site bypassing any security they may have setup on their end."
  
  
  
• What happens if I receive my pattern and there are pieces missing?
  PLEASE READ AS THIS IS MY MOTTO! You being happy with your purchase is our number one priority! If you aren't satisfied with the quality as described, or if we have goofed on the description (it's easier than you would think when sellers are listing numerous items) please let us know immediately so we can correct any problems. We want you to shop with us again! Return buyers are a big part of our sales and we want you to feel comfortable buying from us in the future. • What are Your Return / Refund Policies?
  If you are disappointed in the quality of your purchase (i.e. it is of poorer quality than described, or is missing pieces) - Please contact us within 48 hours of your receipt so we can expect its return.   Yes I love being offered an old box full of patterns to go thru and research. I am restricting myself to 1960's and older right now because of a huge surplus of newer patterns. Just email me and let me know what you have and how much you want for them - and I am also happy to pay actual shipping of course. Please know that all patterns are checked individually for completeness, researched extensively and then listed so cost for me is a factor. I do all the leg work and truly take the risk of a pattern being incomplete or not collectible.
  
  
  
• How Do you Value / Price a Pattern?
  We research EVERY pattern on major sites and if none are available there we also do a Google search. Pricing depends on availability (this also include a pattern's particular size), condition, whether cut or uncut.
  
  
  
• Cut or Uncut which is Better?
  You can often get better pricing on previously cut patterns and as long as they are complete you get the same style for less money. Uncut makes a pattern more collectible for some but if you just want a style it shouldn't matter at all
  
  
  
• The pattern I put into my cart has disappeared - what happened?
  Once you buy a pattern and it is out of inventory it "blanks" out until processed completely. I know - it's odd! But once you put it in your cart and check out - it's yours!
  
  
  
• I have a coupon but it doesn't work? What do I do?
  GOOD NEWS! All you have to do is email me and I will reinstate it. If you have already placed an order I will deduct the discount from that current order. Most coupons are good for 60 days but I'm always happy to reissue it!
